At Jay Jay's Beauty Salon we take great pride in the quality of our products and the level of service to our customers. As a customer we want you to be happy with the purchase and should you not completely be satisfied, you can return the product and we will either replace it or credit your account subject to below terms:

Unfortunately if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or any re do treatments.

 

To be eligible for return, the product must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals still intact.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Items that were purchased when on sale are not refunded

 

Gift Cards are non refundable

You will be responsible for paying for  shipping costs for your item. 

We ship to most places in Botswana. The shipping charge will show at check out depending on the place that we deliver to. Orders are ussually packed and ready to ship daily Monday to Sunday between 9am and 3pm

 

Jay Jay's Beauty Salon is responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. We will replace an order if you do not receive the item within 10 business days

 

If you wish to change your shipping address after making an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please keep in mind that once orders are processed, we cannot change the  shipping address. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package. Jay Jay's Beauty Salon is not responsible for deliveries that are made to incorrect addresses which are entered on our checkout page by customers in error.
