To be eligible for return, the product must be undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals still intact.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To complete your return or exchange we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should send it to Jay Jay's Beauty Salon, Unit 2,3,4B Northgate Mall, Gaborone. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non refundable
We ship to most places in Botswana. The shipping charge will show at check out depending on the place that we deliver to. Orders are ussually packed and ready to ship daily Monday to Sunday between 9am and 3pm

Jay Jay's Beauty Salon is responsible for lost or stolen packages in transit. We will replace an order if you do not receive the item within 10 business days

If you wish to change your shipping address after making an order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Please keep in mind that once orders are processed, we cannot change the shipping address. We ask that you double check your shipping address when entering it into the system to ensure that you receive your package.
